Roberto Cavalli cited a very important muse on his catwalk for spring/summer 2012 at Milan Fashion Week. Not one to miss a trick Cavalli opted to showcase his festival chic in abundance and spread his genius to yet another audience that may have been missed in the fashion elite.

Cut off denim shorts, billowing blouses and tunics, hippy trousers and chiffon paisley dresses resembled something out of a glamourous flashback from Woodstock.
Printed silk handkerchief dresses and tops were paired with Pocahontas style dressed that adorned feathers across their dropped hems alongside oversized sun hats in cool shades of mint, pale pink and dove grey.
Prints were also key adding a clash of leopard, python and zebra print ending with gold silk lame jumpsuits and shirts.
The mood was carefree and the clothes “inspired by the sensuality of the music festivals,” adding in lace-up tops, flowing chiffon maxi-dress and fur fringed suede coats.
The look was complemented with dark attitude eyes that were glittered all around and either adorned with plaited or beach wave hair.
One thing is for sure though, there is no way this Cavalli girl will be sharing a communal shower, period.
